Product Name :
Anti-CCNB1 / Cyclin B1 Antibody (clone V152) LS-C95469
Specificity :
Is specific to a protein of 62 kD identified as cyclin B1. Cyclin B1 expression is restricted to specific short period of the cell cycle with cyclin B1 expression detected earlier and peaking in concentration before cyclin B2 expression. Majority of tumors that stain positive with cyclin B correspond to proliferative status of the tumor.
