The recommended starting dilution range is 1:25 - 1:50 (optimal dilution to be determined by researcher). An incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature is suggested. The antibody is not compatible with Zenker and B5 fixed tissues. Enzymatic predigestion of paraffin-embedded tissues is recommended. Positive control: tonsil.
