Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:250-1:1000 detected p47-phox in RIPA lysates from HL-60 cells. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ul immunoprecipitates p47-phox from 500 ug of HL-60 RIPA lysate. Immunocytochemistry: 1:250-1:2000 dilution showed positive cytosolic immunostaining for p47-phox in HL-60 cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
