Positive control: LS174T, Raji, CCRF-CEM,1 Molt-4,1 HeLa CCL2,1 Rh18,1 or HT-292 cells. Liver tissue expresses high levels while brain and bone marrow have low levels of MGMT protein. Use TK6 cells as a negative control.
