Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Western blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IGFBP-5. The detection limit for rhIGFBP-5 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 15 ug/ml. Detects IGFBP-5 in cells and tissues. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IGFBP-5. The detection limit for rhIGFBP-5 is approximately 0.2 ng/well. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
