Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2.5-5 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 10-20 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Conditioned, serum-free medium from (TPA-treated) rat CCL-4 cells. Placenta.
