Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Use Protein A): 2 ug/ml Protein lysate. Western Blot: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (frozen & formalin-fixed):10-20g/ml for 60 minute at RT. No special pretreatment is required for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. Positive control: Human endometrium cells, placenta, bladder, breast, ovarian carcinomas.
