Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Kinase Assays. Antibody preparations from which the BSA has been omitted have been used successfully as a coating antibody in ELISA. ELISA: 1:100-1:1000. Western Blot: 1.0 ug/ml with an incubation of 2 hours at RT. Immunoprecipitation: 2.0 ug/mg of protein lysate. Positive control: Human or mouse T-cell hybridomas, Jurkat cells, or T-cells in tonsil.
