The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. This antibody is useful for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. By Western blot bands are seen at ~19 kD, representing LC3-I, and ~17 kD, representing LC3-II. There are also a few non-specific bands above ~32 kD in mouse protein.
