The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. By Western blot bands are seen at ~17 and 19 kD corresponding to LC3-II and LC3-I. In some cases a non-specific band is seen at ~21 kD in mouse protein. Please note general reference (1) below for ATG5 control lysates used in our image.
