UsageText :
ELISA, FACS, IHC (frozen and paraffin), Immunoprecipitation, Immunoblotting. IHC: use at 2-4ug/ml. Extensive washing may be necessary. This product does not require protein digestion or microwave antigen retrieval prior to staining. IP: use at 10ug/mg lysate. This antibody reacts with only MUTANT p53 protein under non-denaturing conditions. Immunoblotting: use at 0.5-1.0mg/ml. A band of 53kDa is detected. These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
