Western Blot: Overnight incubation at 4°C is recommended for primary antibody. MTOR requires detergent and extended Western Blot transfer times (e. g. in 5% acrylamide gels to PVDF, use 50V for 3 hours in CAPS buffer with 10% methanol and 0.1 % SDS).
