Suitable for use in ELISA. ELISA (Detection antibody): 0.1-1 ug/ml. Add 50 ul per well. Prepare further dilutions in PBS containing a carrier protein. (e. g., 0.1-1% BSA). A preservative, such as 0.1% sodium azide, may also be added. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
