ShortWebDescription :
CD15 antibody LS-C78348 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human CD15 (SSEA-1 / Lewis x). Validated for Flow, IF and IHC.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 2-4 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Staining is further enhanced if heat-induced epitope retrieval is followed by digestion of tissue sections with pepsin (1 mg/ml) for only 2 min at RT. Positive control: Reed-Sternberg's cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma.
