Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml. Add 10 ul to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
