VHR antibody LS-C76847 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to vaccinia virus VHR (DUSP3). Validated for ELISA and IHC.
UsageText :
Immunohistochemistry, Direct ELISA. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was used at a concentration of 25 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect VHR in paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue sections. For chromogenic detection of labeling, the use of staining kits is recommended. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human VHR. The detection limit for rhVHR is approximately 1 ng/well.
