UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml; Use 10 ul to label 1-2.5x10^5 bEnd.3 cells in a total reaction volume < 200ul. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 ug/ml The detection limit is ~5 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5-50 fold. Immunohistochemistry: 25 ug/ml. Used with frozen sections of normal mouse kidney and heart fixed with 85 mM Na2HPO4, 75 mM KH2P04, 4% paraformaldehyde, and 14% (v/v) saturated picric acid, pH 6.9. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml. Used with bEnd.3 cells. Cells were fixed with PBS, 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS, 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100, 1% BSA. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS, BSA.
