Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2 ug/ml. HeLa cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde in 90% methanol. Western Blot: 0.2-2 ug/ml. Immunocytochemistry: 2-100 ug/ml. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS. Immunoprecipitation: 100-500 ug/sample.
