ShortWebDescription :
RET antibody LS-C75423 is an APC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human RET. Validated for Flow.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml; For intracellular staining to detect human Ret, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.1% saponin. Dilute this antibody to 50 ug/ml and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Cells should be washed for a final time in 0.1% saponin prior to flow cytometric analysis. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
