Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug immunoprecipitates IGFBP-1 from a 1:100 dilution of 10X conditioned media from rat H-4-II-E hepatoma cells.
