ShortWebDescription :
Phosphotyrosine antibody LS-C74887 is an Agarose-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Phosphotyrosine. Validated for IP.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Immunoprecipitation: 25-50 ul/IP. This antibody can be used for immunoprecipitation and column affinity chromatography. One ml of agarose can bind to about 1 mg of tyrosine phosphorylated proteins found in normal tissues and cells. Before use, rinse agarose to eliminate 1 mM phosphotyrosine. This antibody's binding is inhibited by high salt concentrations and by divalent cations. Use a buffer with less than 150 mM NaCl and divalent cations of not much greater than 1 mM.
