Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and HDAC assay. Western Blot: An independent laboratory has reported that this antibody detects HDAC3 in HeLa lysates at a 1:1000 dilution. Immunoprecipitation/HDAC assay: 3-15 ug of this lot immunoprecipitated HDAC3 enzymatic activity from 500 ug of HeLa nuclear extract. Enzymatic activity was assessed following the protocol described using the HDAC Assay Kit.
