Western Blot Analysis: 0.5 ug/ml lot detects HDAC 1in RIPA lysates from 3T3 cells. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-HDAC 1 (0.5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive Antigen Control: 3T3 RIPA lysate. Use 20 ug per lane for minigels. Immunocytochemistry: This antibody has been reported to immunostain HDAC 1 in 1% paraformaldehyde fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized 3T3 cells. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug immunoprecipitates HDAC 1 from 500 ug of 3T3 RIPA lysate. This antibody has been reported to Immunoprecipitate active HDAC.
