Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 2-4 ug/ml. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires digesting sections with trypsin at 1 mg/ml PBS, 10 min at 37?C, followed by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Uterus. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
