Human heart homogenate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-myosin, heavy chain. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse. Immunohistochemistry: detects myosin in human ventricle sections.
