Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 detects Myc-tagged recombinant protein. COS transfected cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Myc Tag, HRP conjugate (1:5000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a chemiluminescence detection system. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
