The monoclonal is suitable for use on BAL (bronchial lavage fluids) and other lavages. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 using formaldehyde fixation, paraffin embedded tissue. Predigestion required. Immunocytochemistry: 1:50. It is stable to formaldehyde fixation and paraffin embedding. Enzyme digestion is recommended.
