Suitable for use in Neutralization, Western Blot, ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Neutralization of Human IL6 R Bioactivity: ~0.1-0.2 ug/ml in the presence of 20 ng/ml of rhIL-6 R and 20 ng/ml of rhIL-6, using the M1 cell line. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml; The detection limit is ~100 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA Capture: 2-8 ug/ml. Use biotinylated human IL-6 R detection antibody and recombinant human IL-6 R as the standard. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml; 10 ul labels 1-2.5x10^5 U937 cells in a total reaction volume <200ul.
