Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilution (s): This product has been assayed against 1 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA. A working dilution of 1:8000 to 1:38000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
