Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:14000-1:66000; Assayed against 1 ug of sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
