Western Blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilution (s): This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Swine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin. A working dilution of 1:30000 to 1:120000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
