Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-7. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing. conditions. In this format, this antibody shows ~5% cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-2 and less than 2% cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-4, rhFrizzled-5, rmFrizzled-6, rmFrizzled-8 and rmFrizzled-9. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
