Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Between each step, cells were washed with 0.1% BSA in PBS. Flow Cytometry: 0.1 mg/ml. Use 10 ul to label 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total volume <200ul. The binding of unlabeled primary antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 ul of a 25 ug/ml stock solution of IgG (FITC) xGt.
