Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-2. The detection limit for rmFrizzled 2 is ~10 ng/lane and 2 ng/lane under non-reducing. and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows ~25% cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled 1 and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled 3, rmFrizzled 4, rmFrizzled 5, rmFrizzled 6, rmFrizzled 7 and rmFrizzled 8. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
