UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: Dilute this antibody to 0.1 mg/ml and add 10 ul of this solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 ml of a 25 mg/ml stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome. Immunocytochemistry: Used with appropriate secondary reagents at 5-10 ug/ml in 4%. paraformaldehyde-fixed cells. Western Blot: Use at 1-2 ug/ml with appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-1. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
