UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. With a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~5 ng/lane and ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Flow Cytometry: 0.1 mg/ml; Add 10 ul to label1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Visualized by using a secondary antibody (goat anti-rat IgG (FITC)). ELISA (Direct): Can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-1. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~10 ng/well.
