Suitable for use in Neutralization, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Neutralization: ~1-4 ug/ml Dependent on cell type, growth conditions, activity studied. ND50 in the presence of 20 ng/mL of anti-human CD3 and 3 ug/ml of recombinant human B7-H2/Fc, using 72 hours PHA-stimulated human T cells. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml, add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells in 200ul. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml, limit ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml, limit ~25 ng/lane.
