Suitable for use in Neutralization and ELISA. Neutralization: ND50 ~1-4 ug/ml in the presence of 1 ng/ml of rhFGF-6 and 1 ug/ml of heparin, using the FGF-6 responsive NR6R-3T3 fibroblasts as target cells. ELISA: Using plates coated with 100 ul/well of the capture antibody at 1-2 ug/ml, in combination with 100 ul/well of the detection antibody at 200-400 ng/ml, an ELISA for sample volumes of 100 ul with a range of ~100-6000pg/ml can be obtained.
