UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 5ul. Use 25 ul of Protein A-agarose beads and 1 ml of lysate (lysate contains approximately 1 mg of total protein). Rotate mixture overnight at 4?C and then wash 3x with lysis buffer. Dissolve the resulting bead complex in 20-30 ul of 3xSDS-PAGE sample buffer and load ~15 ul per lane on an 8% polyacrylamide gel. Positive control: Human prostate cell lines (LNCap) or human breast cell line (MDA-453).
