Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ul immunoprecipitates Daxx from 150 ug of total soluble protein. Western Blot: 1:5000-1:1000 detects Daxx in HeLa nuclear extract. Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry: 1:100 shows positive immunostaining for Daxx in human cells fixed with 3.7% formaldehyde.
