Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue as well as cytological material). Immunohistochemistry: Ready-to-use on frozen sections. Paraffin embedded sections require protease pretreatment prior to antibody application. Incubate 1 hour at RT; extended with paraffin.
