This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate catalog no. NPP-10) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
