UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ul/mg; co-precipitates associated proteins. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml Incubate for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 ug/ml cryostat sections and paraffin embedded sections. For paraffin embedded sections, boil the sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: HeLa, 293, VA13, IMR90, Jurkat and WI-38 cells; thymus, tonsil or reactive lymph node.
