Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen & Paraffin): Antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections is required. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, is recommended for this procedure. Positive control: Tonsil.
