Recognizes the 94 kD glucose regulated protein, GRP94, also known as tumor rejection antigen (gp96). GRP94 is an endoplasmic reticulum resident molecular chaperone, a paralog of cytoplasmic Hsp90. GRP94 assists in the folding of membrane-bound proteins including the Toll-like receptors, certain subclasses of integrins and some secreted proteins such as IgG. Detects a band of ~105 kD in cynomolgus monkey brain lysates by western blotting.
