Sheep
Product Name :
GPBB / PYGB Antibody (Serum) LS-C42111
Specificity :
Recognizes phosphorylase B, a catalytic protein with a predicted molecular weight of 125 kD localized in the cytoplasm and cell membrane. In skeletal muscle, phosphorylase occurs in two forms, phosphorylase A and phosphorylase B. Phosphorylase A is the more active of the two forms and has a higher molecular weight. The two forms are interconvertable. Phosphorylase B catalyzes the phosphorylation of serine residues in various substrates including troponin I. 7370-9808G shows high cross reactivity (>95%) with phosphorylase A in ELISA.
