WB: The detection limit for Vitronectin is approximately 0.25 ng/lane under reducing conditions. IHC: Antigen retrieval by boiling the paraffin sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH6.0, for 20 minutes is required for the staining of formalin/paraffin sections.
