Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitates Vinculin from mouse 3T3/A31 and human A431 RIPA lysates. Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (frozen and formalin fixed sections): 10 ug/ml will stain Vinculin in Ref-52 cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100.
