Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot analysis: 0.1-1 ug/ml detects beta-Tubulin in RIPA lysates from 3T3/A31, PC-12, Jurkat and A431 cells. Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-beta-Tubulin (0.1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
