ShortWebDescription :
LACI antibody LS-C39707 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human LACI (TFPI). Validated for ELISA, IP and WB.
UsageText :
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human TFPI. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhTFPI is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human TFPI. The detection limit for rhTFPI is approximately 2 ng/well. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody was used at a concentration of 25 ug/ml to immunoprecipitate rhTFPI from conditioned cell culture medium. The recovered rhTFPI can be detected in Western blots using a polyclonal antibody.

Since 1995, LifeSpan has been the industry leader in molecular pathology, specializing in the localization of proteins in normal and diseased tissues, both human and non-human. We offer more than 74,000 antibodies, custom designed immunohistochemistry (IHC) studies, immediately available human tissue IHC profiles for more than 500 proteins, and histology and pathology services. Our bank of 2 million specimens is available to support our customers' contract research studies and contains frozen and formalin-fixed (FFPE) normal and diseased tissues. Our contract services are comprehensive; they include study design, antibody sourcing and characterization, tissue sourcing and validation, immunolabeling, trouble shooting, and interpretation of the results by a LifeSpan pathologist.
